Lisa Goodwin

Lisa Goodwin, LCSW – Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with thirty years in social services. She is currently Clinical Director at Masonic Center for Youth and Families Clinics overseeing the operation of a full-scale children’s mental health clinic. For ten years, Lisa served as an internal consultant through the Pacific Clinics Training Institute. In this capacity, she has coached other managers, supervisors, and teams to greater productivity, improved managerial skill, and higher morale.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Washington with an M.S.W. and Bethel University (St Paul, MN) with a B.A. in Social Work. She is the Vice President of the Pomona Valley affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and is a frequent speaker on the topic of clinical depression, wellness, and overcoming stigma. Lisa teaches a course on depression from a first-hand perspective to enable fellow clinicians to experience it in a new way so they can develop stronger empathy for consumers. She has just finished a memoir of her experience with depression and is seeking a publisher.

Lisa has been married to Steve for thirty two years and is the mother of two grown children, Johnny and Grace. Lisa loves to read, run with the Inland Empire Running Club, play tennis, and walk her yellow labrador, Winston.
