Heidi Bonadie –An alumna of USC’s Marshall School of Business, Heidi’s background includes extensive experience in the field of human resources management and organizational development. She is an inspired coach and agent of change whose talents include strengthening leadership ability in others and supporting them in their efforts to build teams that contribute productively to the accomplishment of organizational goals and mission.
In addition to 3 years of non-profit leadership/management experience, she offers you more than 8 years of progressively responsible experience handling and leading all facets of human resources functions. This includes service to non-profit, healthcare, industrial and staffing organizations as well as a Fortune 500 engineering firm at both corporate and work-site levels.
Heidi has been a key contributor in helping organizations to build alliances/exclusive relationships with clients. Her accomplishments include improving HRIS processes between IT, payroll, human resources and other departments resulting in more effective employee data management and report production; managing conversion to electronic timekeeping system for multi-million dollar payroll operation; administering benefits program with combined asset value exceeding $300 million; and expanding community programs while reducing costs through innovation, effective planning, team building and strategic human resource leveraging.
Heidi is passionate about improving life for people and families affected by mental illness and has served as local executive director to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Pomona Valley).
